You guys, I’ve been killing myself. This getting in shape is for the birds. I’ll take the pain of birthing babies over getting in shape any day. Childbirth at least ends. And you can eat all the hot fudge cakes you want when you are finished!
Now I didn’t go and make any resolutions. I just know that I had too many drinks and too many appetizers over the holidays and my body needs a reset. Plus I’m in my forties, which means things like cholesterol and bone density matter.
Even though I am trying to work off an lb. (or two) doesn’t mean I’m giving up on food! Thank heavens for meal plans!
