This popular Greek spinach pie takes only minutes to prepare!
Ingredients
Phyllo Dough Olive Oil Onions Garlic Spinach Feta Cheese Cottage Cheese Greek blend seasoning Nutmeg Salt Butter
To assemble, lay two phyllo sheets vertically on a baking sheet. Brush with melted butter. Take two more phyllo sheets and turn them so that they are at the 11:00 and 5:00 positions
Make sure to brush each sheet with lots of butter
Butter phyllo and layer until all the sheets have been used
Place spinach filling in the center and fold phyllo towards the filling
Bake for 25 minutes or until center is set and phyllo is golden
