EASY CORNBREAD STUFFING

Spicy chorizo sausage, wild rice, veggies, and cornbread make this easy cornbread stuffing recipe a nice change from the traditional side dish!

– Jify cornbread mix – eggs – milk – olive oil – onions – celery – garlic – chorizo sausages – wild rice mix – chicken broth

INGREDIENTS:

STEP ONE

Prepare muffin mix according to box directions.

STEP TWO

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil onions and celery.

STEP THREE

Cook for 2-3 minutes or until vegetables become tender. Add garlic and cook another minute. 

STEP FOUR

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Combine sausage, vegetables, cornbread and rice in a large bowl
