– Bacon
– Andouille sausage
– Ground turkey
– Kidney beans
– Crushed tomatoes
– Chicken broth
– Mirepoix mix
– Garlic
– Dried oregano
– Dried thyme
– White Wine Creole Sauce

Cook the bacon in a stockpot until it’s just beginning to crisp. Remove the bacon and then set it aside.
