- 1 pound beef brisket cutted thinly.
- 4 oz whole wheat noodles
- 1 leek
- 1 carrot
- ½ red bell pepper
- 1 broccoli head
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 inch fresh ginger root
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds for garnish
- 1 spring onion for garnish.
Instructions
1. Start by preppging the veggies:
