Weekly Meal Plan

I am sitting in my hotel room in Miami attending Blogher Food. I was expecting sun and heat but got tornado warnings instead. That’s Mother Nature for you. You can’t control the weather, but you can control your food! That brings me to this weeks meal plan. Holy deliciousness!!!

MONDAY

I love a good copycat recipe! And this soup looks totally amazing. PLUS you can have it ready in 30 minutes or less!

This chicken dish is made with one of my favorite things ever — MEAD. Have you ever had it? It’s wine made with honey. If you can’t find it though, something sweet like Moscato would work nicely.
