This recipe only requires 5 ingredients, 6 if you count the salt!
- To cut a mango, slice both sides of the center pit. Then slice the remaining ends. With a pairing knife, make slices into the mango up to the skin, but not cutting through the skin. The cut cross-wise so that your mango is in cubes. Cut at the skin to remove the mango flesh.
- You will need about 3 mangos for the recipe. 1 mango may yield about 1 cup depending on the size of your cubes.
- Combine the juicy mango cubes, diced fresh, finely diced jalapeno peppers, chopped mangos, cilantro, lime juice, and a pinch of salt.
