I am slowly starting to see signs of summer. There are blooms on plants and trees, the smell of freshly mowed lawns have taken over the air, the birds are louder and the days are longer.
You can just feel that warmer, brighter, sunnier days are just around the corner! This means that it is time perfect your strawberry daiquiri recipe!
This strawberry daiquiri cocktail is not your ordinary daiquiri it has been infused with Rosé wine which is a lovely partner for sweet strawberries!
What Does A Frosé Strawberry Daiquiri Have In It?
Rose Wine – I chose a dry rose wine but you can use a sweeter wine if that is what you prefer. In this case, adjust the amount of sugar used.
Rum – White rum is the best for this recipe.
Frozen Strawberries – I chose to buy strawberries in syrup to have a little more sugar to the mix and I like to use them in a sem-frozen state.

How To Make Frosé Strawberry Daiquiri
There isn’t much to this recipe once you have your ingredients!
In a blender combine the strawberries, rum, sugar, and half of the rosé wine. Blend until the mixture combines. Add the remaining wine and the ice and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Frosé Strawberry Daiquiri Tips and Suggestions
As mentioned above, I preferred to use a dry rosé, but if you like things sweeter, then that will work as well!
The frozen strawberries add sweetness and an iciness that helps create a frozen consistency, you do not have to use frozen strawberries, you can use all fresh strawberries and add more ice.
Simple syrup can be in place of all or some of the sugar.
A splash of fresh lemon juice can be added if your daiquiri is too sweet (again the dry wine should help with this).
While rum is most often used in a strawberry daiquiri, there is no reason you couldn’t make your strawberry daiquiri with vodka instead.
This Frosé Strawberry Daiquiri is a quintessential summer cocktail. This frozen cocktail is lovely for Memorial Day, for Labor Day, and for every single day in between!
