Ingredients
- 4 "everything" bagels, toasted and chopped
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup Gruyere, shredded
- 1 cup chopped deli ham
Instructions
- Arrange toasted bagels in 2- to 2 1/2-qt. casserole dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, cheese, ham, and a 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Pour over bagels, pressing down slightly to submerge.
- Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or up to overnight.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Uncover dish and bake 45 to 55 minutes until set.
- Let cool 15 minutes before serving
