– Ground pork
– Poblano pepper
– Medium tomatillos
– Garlic cloves
– Onion
– Oregano
– Chicken broth
– Cooked quinoa
– Corn

Preheat your oven to a broil and line a baking sheet with foil.
STEP 1

Place the poblano peppers and halved tomatillos, skin side up on the pan. Add 3 cloves of garlic with the skins on.
