This easy BLT pizza recipe will have you saying so long to take out!
Made with fresh pizza dough, mozzarella cheese, and fresh veggies like aroma tomatoes, you know it’s going to be good!
This homemade BLT pizza is unlike anything you’ve ever had before. Made with fresh pizza dough and oven roasted tomatoes this pizza is a perfect blend of flavors and tastes like an upscale version of your favorite classic sandwich. While it does take a little extra time to roast the tomato the end results are worth it because that flavor is wonderful in pairing with everything else. Not to mention, you could always use a store-bought pizza crust to save on time and energy elsewhere. Even just using some Naan bread would be great if you wanted to make smaller portion sized pizzas.
Bacon Lettuce Tomato Pizza
If you’ve never had pizza with mayonnaise before, don’t knock it until you’ve tried it. Unlike other pizzas where you use an alfredo sauce or red tomato sauce as a base we are making this BLT pizza with mayo to get a true taste of that sandwich we crave. The flavors at the end are a success though because it truly does taste like a BLT thanks to that mayo based sauce, the crispy bacon, roasted tomatoes, and fresh arugula on every slice. This pizza and its tastes are unique but simple, making it a great comfort dish for when you want something familiar but still want something new or just slightly out of your comfort zone.

FAQs
Can I use miracle whip?
If you enjoy miracle whip instead of may you can try that on your pizza to see how it tastes. you may find that you prefer it even more than regular mayonnaise. I think miracle whip is a bit too sweet and flavored for my tastebuds but if its what you already enjoy, you can’t really go wrong.
Where can I find pizza dough?
You can either make your own pizza dough following a recipe online or you can simply buy it premade from your grocery store. A lot of grocery stores have refrigerated balls of pre-made pizza dough so that all you have to do is take it home and roll it out. Pretty simple and easy if you ask me.
Can I use regular lettuce?
If you don’t like arugula you can stick with regular lettuce like shredded iceberg lettuce. Arugula has a strong peppery flavor and not everyone enjoys it but plain lettuce should be great and still provide that cold fresh taste on top of your pizza slice.
