White Chocolate Biscotti with a Maple Glaze
While biscotti recipes sometimes take a bit of time to make, the time is always worth it in the end, even my Butter Pecan Biscotti. The flavors and textures are simply perfect. We start with a plain and simple biscotti recipe and then fold in white chocolate chunks to surprise us with sweet creamy goodness with every bite. Adding the simple maple glaze on top makes them great as a seasonal treat (perfect for Fall and Winter) or helps to bring them to the breakfast table throughout the year. Every bite is a wonderful flavorful experience you’ll look forward to often.

FAQs
What kind of sugar is Zulka?
Zulka sugar is a type of “real” sugar made from fresh sugar cane. It’s sort of like a cross between sugar in the raw (turbinado) and white granulated sugar, although it’s closer to the white sugar you’re used to seeing. It’s a healthier sugar of choice and is perfect for baking, cooking, and using in place of granulated sugar.

These look so good, Tanya. A glaze is a nice touch for any cookie but I especially like it when it’s applied to biscotti. It’s a great way to bring more flavor to the biscotti without sacrificing the classic crunch. 🙂
