Make an extra batch of this feta avocado salsa because whether you serve it as a side, a topping, or a salsa, it is going to disappear!
This feta avocado salsa is a perfect blend of creamy and salty and perfect for summer.
Avocado Salsa Always Wins! Made with just a few ingredients and seasonings this dip is super quick and easy to throw together. The perfect blend of creamy avocados bringing their bright colors and the salty feta really work well to balance out the acidic and juicy tomatoes. This dip is perfect for tortilla chips, toast, or eating with a spoon (can’t say I haven’t tried).

FAQs
Can I Make Avocado Salsa in Advance?
I recommend not making this dip more than 2 hours before serving. For best results make it just before serving so that the avocado doesn’t discolor. As it ages the dip may change colors thanks to the avocado but it’s still fine to eat, even if it is darker or more brown than expected.
What Tomatoes Are Best for Salsa?
I like to use Roma tomatoes but you can use any tomato. Just make sure to cut it into small chunks. Larger tomatoes might be a tad watery so you may wish to leave out some of the seedy centers to keep from making your salsa too wet.
What to Serve With Avocado Feta Salsa
Serve your salsa up with some toasted pita chips, tortilla chips, or grilled chicken (this dip makes a great topping for grilled chicken!).
